Job Title: Maintenance Manager
This role requires a seasoned professional to oversee all aspects of maintenance operations within our hotel properties. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing teams and ensuring the highest possible standards are maintained.
About the Role:
* Supervise and provide general maintenance support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
* Oversight of plumbers, electricians, and other outside contractors to guarantee work is completed to satisfactory standards
* Sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, and renegotiating annual contracts for all hotel equipment including health and safety items
Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaising with accounts department to ensure all purchases align with budgetary guidelines; completing purchase orders as required
2. Establishing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guides for duty managers regarding any maintenance or health & safety issues that may arise during absences of the maintenance team
