We are seeking a motivated and proactive Office/Accounts Administrator to join our team. The role will cover a broad range of administrative and accounts-related tasks, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Payroll
* Preparing and issuing monthly account statements
* Managing creditors and processing supplier invoices
* Reconciling haulage records and costs
* Assisting with general office administration
* Bank reconciliation
* Using Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentation
* Liaising with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure clear communication and efficient workflow
Requirements:
* Minimum 2–3 years' experience in an accounts role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with a positive attitude
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach
* Self-starter with the ability to manage tasks independently
* No formal degree required – on site training will be provided
