Contracts Manager West
KOMPAN are the world's leading playground equipment manufacturer, installing thousands of playgrounds throughout the world every month.
KOMPAN Ireland, market leaders, are looking for an additional Contracts Manager based in the West of Ireland.
Ideally located in Counties, Galway, Clare or Limerick, allowing access to counties in Munster & Connacht.
The Job
Meet Customers and carry out Prestart Meetings.
Liaise with customers during Playground/Fitness site installation, meet during installations where necessary.
Carry out post installation Practical Completion meeting with customers.
Stay up to date with current playground installations in your area.
Help schedule playground installations within your area.
Ensure that Playground installations are of the highest quality.
Work through with our installation crews or partners any snags that arise from installation.
Manage our crews when on-site to ensure best practice in playground and fitness installations.
Keep installation related data up to date according to our system requirements.
The person
Strong background in the construction industry with at least 5 years' experience across multiple aspects of the construction industry.
Good knowledge of groundworks, hard & soft landscaping.
Proven ability to deliver quality work as a leader, either as part of a team or as a team leader.
A strong communicator with the ability to manage people, whether this is our own crews or our subcontract partners.
Can build and maintain strong relationships with our customer base, Local Authorities, Construction companies, schools etc.
Passionate about delivering the highest quality projects that have a real impact on a community.
