Key Responsibilities
 * Oversight of civil and environmental design teams to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, while maintaining quality standards.
 * Identification and development of new business opportunities and client relationships.
 * Mentorship and guidance of senior and junior team members to foster professional growth.
 * Creation of comprehensive technical reports and preparation of detailed tender documentation.
 * Collaboration with Project Owners to effectively plan and manage design workflows.
 * Uphold quality assurance standards and ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
 * Facilitation of cross-functional teamwork and coordination of deliverables among team members.
 * Building and maintenance of strong client relationships through effective project communication.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
 * Advanced qualification (Level 8 or Level 9) in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or related discipline.
 * Chartered Engineer credential.
 * Minimum 15+ years career experience in the design and project leadership.
 * Proven track record of multi-disciplinary design management experience.
 * Stakeholder management abilities across clients and sub-consultants.
 * Demonstrated business growth achievement.
 * Financial oversight expertise in budget creation and management.
 * Dynamic, high-performing communicator with exceptional analytical capabilities.
 * Collaborative mindset with adaptability to evolving project demands.
 * Self-motivated problem-solver with independent work ethic.
 * A valid, clean, full driving licence.
