Reporting to the Technical Manager, this role focuses on overseeing the technical information flow and ensuring that quality and customer satisfaction remain central throughout the design process.Key responsibilities include managing pre-construction design coordination, organising design team meetings, and briefing external consultants and subcontractors to align with company standards. You'll chair design workshops, oversee the issuance of design guidelines, and liaise with in-house teams to ensure technical alignment.
