Mobile Regional Soft Services Manager Job Description

The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate cleaning operations for multi-location contracts in the ROI. This is a full-time fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities:

* Manage overall service lines including cleaning, waste services, landscaping, garments management, pest control, post room, stationary etc.
">
* Fully responsible for implementing and adhering to all Health and Safety legislation and client procedures on site.
">
* Responsible for ensuring level of expectations required by the client (SLAs, KPIs) are met for all soft services.
">
* Daily management and direction of the soft services Aramark workforce and sub contracted staff.
">
* Play a key role in delivering the start-up plan for any new areas on site, acting as an area SME during the handover process from commissioning through into qualification and process validation.
">
* Create and implement soft services schedules and work instructions.
">
* Work closely with the client EH&S and Facilities team in providing support for all Fire Evacuations, drills, signage, H&S compliance, audits, investigations etc.
">
* Manage safe work plans, emergency response plans and mitigation plans, including business continuity and critical supplier identification and mitigation.
">
* Fully responsible for soft services Aramark HSEQ/EHS documentations.
">
* Monitor and manage monthly & annual soft services budget and client spend.
">
* Continuously monitor the performance and delivery of our contractors seeking best value for money for outsourced activities.
">
* Provide mentoring and guidance to Aramark soft services staff to ensure they have the opportunity to develop their skills and be capable of handling additional responsibilities.

* Periodic reporting to the Senior FM (monthly, weekly, etc)

Requirements:
">
">
* Min 5 year's experience in contract cleaning, facility management or soft services
">
* Minimum 3 year's in a management post.
">
* Industry acumen and knowledge of cleaning services ideally within the facilities management industry
">
* Customer focused with strong attention to detail
">
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
">
* Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
">
* Full clean driving License
">
">
This role requires a senior professional with extensive experience in soft services management, excellent leadership skills and the ability to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
