We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Front of House Supervisor for a busy Establishment in the south side of Cork City.
We are only considering applications from candidates with Food/Restaurant/Takeaway Experience.
Must have 2-3 years demonstratable experience in a Team Leader/Supervisor Role.
Job description Actively help manage other staff members by working hands on in taking orders and serving food to the customers, servicing customers and overseeing the coordination of orders, Be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service Have the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment. Be flexible with regards to hours Have a good command of the English Language Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment. Ensure that all food and products are consistently served according to the restaurant's policies, portioning, and serving standards. Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant's preventative maintenance programs.
Staff meals are provided.
To be considered for this role candidates need to be available to work full time across a mixture of Days, Evenings and Weekends.
