Job Profile
This role involves overseeing the entire life cycle of employee processes, encompassing payroll, onboarding, offboarding, data management, time and attendance, and other transactional tasks for all employees within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
* To verify each payroll processed to ensure accurate payments and tax withholdings
* Handle payroll queries and related documents
* Generate standard reports for finance
* Collect and submit T&A data for payroll calculations
* Maintain knowledge of regulatory policies and procedures
* E nsure compliance with company benefit policies and statutory requirements
* Implement internal control procedures for SOX compliance, segregation of duties, and security access
* Collaborate with HR Partners to align with global and regional processes
* Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
* Administer personnel administration, benefits, and HRMS system maintenance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree with 3+ years of HR, payroll, or similar experience
* A proven track record of managing stakeholders and process-driven approach
* Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and systems
* Intermediate level MS Office skills and excellent interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with administering HR systems, PeopleSoft, and Taleo
* HR policy and program administration experience
