Key Responsibilities
Manage and record goods deliveries received from goods in.
Keep mains beverage and dry store organised, clean and secure.
Adhere to all cost control procedures (where applicable create new procedures).
Ensure compliance with documentation/authorisation processes.
Receive stock from goods in and book in stock received on the transfer app.
Monitor inventories of F&B to increase inventory turnover.
Participate in month‑end reporting procedures in relation to F&B stock and other tasks.
Assist external stock taker and answer stock count queries.
Carry out internal stock takes when necessary.
Receive orders from bars and food outlets for stock, fulfil order requests and fill in transfer requisition forms.
Ensure bars have their agreed par stocks.
Facilitate collection of orders from all departments.
Key Requirements
Previous experience in Hotels is essential.
Previous experience in income audit or accounts payable desirable.
Understanding basic accounting functions – goods inward.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Previous procure wizard experience desirable (training will be provided).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Hands‑on, outgoing, pro‑active approach.
Take personal responsibility and initiative to prevent or resolve problems.
Balance between a methodical and process‑driven approach and flexibility.
Hard working and strong attention to detail.
