We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Travel & Events Coordinator to manage all travel logistics and event-related administration. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask efficiently, and has strong experience in travel coordination, invoicing, and budget management.
Role
* Book and manage flights, hotels, and ground transportation across Europe
* Research and plan optimal travel connections (cost-effective and time-efficient)
* Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and on-site attendance
* Manage event-related invoices, track expenses, and ensure payments are made on time
* Work closely with vendors, hotels, airlines, and event organizers
* Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and budgets
* Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and urgent travel requests
* Ensure all travel and event arrangements align with approved budgets
Requirements
* Proven experience in travel coordination, event logistics, or as a travel agent
* Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable handling tight deadlines and frequent changes
* Willingness to travel within Europe and attend events in person
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
