Administrative Support Specialist
This role involves working as an executive assistant to the chief executive officer of a leading organisation in the nutrition sector.
The successful candidate will be part of a small, close-knit team that supports significant growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the CEO's office to ensure efficient running of the office operations.
* Act as the first point of contact for correspondence, communications, and requests from various stakeholders.
* Review and respond to emails and calls in a timely and professional manner.
* Coordinate meetings, calendars, and travel arrangements to maximise productivity.
* Assist the CEO with background research, data compilation, and preparation of presentations.
* Prepare documents including memos, letters, and emails in accordance with company policies.
Requirements:
* Relevant qualification in office management administration or a related business discipline.
* At least five years' experience as an EA or in an equivalent role.
* Excellent organisational and planning skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* A proactive attitude with ability to work independently and on own initiative.
* Sound judgment, diplomacy, and tact to interact with senior management and external partners.
