Job Title: Finishing Manager
A leading construction company seeks an experienced Finishing Manager to oversee the full fit-out of four residential tower blocks.
* The Finishing Manager will be responsible for coordinating all finishing works on site, including management and support of Finishing Foremen and subcontractor teams.
* They will ensure that units are delivered snag-free to the highest standards, enforcing Health & Safety compliance and maintaining site procedures.
* Liaison with the Project Director and wider site team will also be a key aspect of the role.
* Progress monitoring, on-site challenge addressing, and delivery on schedule will be critical.
* Applicants should hold a relevant third-level qualification in construction or a related discipline.
* Minimum of 5 years experience in a finishing management or similar fit-out role is required.
* Strong track record managing high-density residential or commercial fit-outs is essential.
* Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills are necessary.
* Commitment to quality, safety, and programme is paramount.
