We are looking for a Social Media & Community Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving conversations and customer engagement across platforms.
Responsibilities:
Community Engagement: Engage in relevant trending topics and discussions online on behalf of the brand. Foster positive brand image across online forums (e.g., Reddit, Quora, ProductHunt). Encourage and facilitate the creation of user-generated content.
Social Media Content Creation & Curation: Own and implement a social media content plan across LinkedIn, X, and Meta. Develop and deliver collaboration initiatives (co-authored carousels, joint posts, etc.). Analyze and report social media performance and make adjustments.
Online Webinars and Interviews: Work with subject matter experts to identify key discussion points. Create landing pages and registration forms to capture leads and attendees. Develop relevant content (follow-up emails, video snippets, write-ups, etc.). Review Websites: Manage and monitor company presence on review platforms. Repurpose positive reviews into marketing assets (social media posts, testimonials).
