We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-driven professional to join our team as a Senior Account Development Specialist.


Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to National Account Managers and Brand Managers, ensuring seamless day-to-day customer and brand administration. This includes acting as the primary point of contact for customer queries related to product data, forms, and account set-up.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing new product development launches, ensuring timely delivery of listings, set-ups, and promotional plans. They will also be responsible for producing and maintaining regular reports on customer sales, stock, and promotions, and ensuring all brand and customer records are centralized and up-to-date.

This is a key role that requires strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers.


Key Responsibilities:

* Support National Account Managers and Brand Managers with day-to-day customer and brand administration.
* Act as the go-to contact for customer queries related to product data, forms, and account set-up.
* Manage new product development (NPD) launches, ensuring listings, set-ups, and promotional plans are delivered on time.
* Produce and maintain regular reports on customer sales, stock, and promotions.
* Keep all brand and customer records centralized and up to date for internal teams.


Requirements:

* Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF, reporting).
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with internal teams and external customers.
* Commercial awareness and interest in brand and business growth.
* Previous experience in FMCG, retail, distribution, or a fast-paced commercial environment.
* Exposure to account management, trade marketing, or stock/forecasting processes.
