What You’ll Be Doing
Leading monthly management accounts across multiple entities
Strengthening financial controls and reporting processes
Owning year-end, audit, and compliance
Delivering commercial insight to drive performance
Acting as a key finance partner across the organisation
Supporting the ongoing development of the finance function
What We’re Looking For
ACA / ACCA qualified with strong post-qualification experience
Currently operating at Financial Controller level or ready to step up
Experience in a multi-entity / group environment
Strong technical accounting and audit background
Commercial mindset with the ability to influence and add value
A proactive individual who wants to make an impact in a growing business
