Are you fluent in German and passionate about sales and technology? We're hiring an Outbound Business Development Representative (oBDR) to join our fast-growing tech team as we expand into the Irish market.
Role: Business Development Representative (oBDR)
Location: Dublin, Grand Canal D4 (Hybrid: 2 days remote)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Salary: €43,550 base + bonus & benefits
What You'll Do
- Identify Prospects: Find businesses that can benefit from innovative marketing automation solutions.
- Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with Account Executives to develop and execute effective outreach strategies.
- Create Impactful Messaging: Write, test, and refine messaging tailored to different industries, personas, and channels.
- Drive Performance: Meet and exceed goals while supporting a collaborative, performance-driven team.
- Contribute to Growth: Share best practices and help enhance the outbound process.
About You
- Experience: 1+ year in an outbound or inbound BDR role (preferably in martech or SaaS).
- Languages: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Motivated and Resilient: Goal-oriented and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Personable and Self-Aware: Engaging, thoughtful, and eager to grow.
- Organized and Proactive: Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
