Commercial Sales Professional
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our leadership team. As a key player in driving business growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that exceed targets.
This role involves partnering with clients across various sectors, including engineering, aviation, transport, logistics, tech, pharma, and healthcare. You will leverage your expertise to craft compelling proposals, negotiate deals, and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship development to proposal creation and contract closure.
* Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and emerging innovations to inform strategy.
* Collaborate with marketing to develop segmented campaigns and messaging that highlight our unique value proposition.
Requirements
* 3–5+ years' B2B sales experience, ideally within workplace catering or a related sector.
* Proven track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to craft compelling proposals.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems desirable.
