You will act as a technical escalation point, support 24/7 IAM capabilities, and help shape the organisation's long-term IAM strategy.The role includes participation in a structured on-call rotation to support critical identity services outside standard business hours.Why This Role MattersIdentity is a foundational security control within the organisation. This role is critical to ensuring secure, compliant, and timely access to enterprise systems while supporting audit, regulatory, and operational requirements at global scale.You will work closely with Security Operations, Engineering, Service Leads, and Business Stakeholders to maintain operational excellence and continuously evolve identity governance capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical & Team LeadershipAct as technical lead and escalation point for identity governance and operations teamsCoach and support engineers, fostering a culture of operational discipline and continuous improvementDrive adoption of modern IAM practices and innovative identity governance solutionsStay current with IAM technologies, security threats, and regulatory developmentsOperational ExcellenceLead incident, change, and problem management for identity governance servicesSupport and maintain enterprise IAM platforms in a 24/7 operational modelMonitor system performance, capacity, and health; implement improvements proactivelyEnsure platforms are patched, secure, and aligned with best practicesSupport audit, compliance, and regulatory reporting requirementsPerform root cause analysis and implement preventative controlsRequired ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field5+ years' experience delivering, supporting, and securing IAM servicesStrong hands-on expertise across:Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)Identity provisioning and lifecycle management (JML)Access reviews, certification, and entitlement managementProven experience with:SailPoint IIQMicrosoft Identity Manager (MIM)Entra ID / Azure ADExperience supporting enterprise IAM platforms in regulated environments
