Commercial Project Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Project Coordinator to oversee the commercial aspects of projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Validate project progress and support contract administration during site visits.
* Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for successful project execution.
* Review and prepare cost estimates and tender documentation.
* Support measurement and valuation of works, ensuring accuracy and precision.
* Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progression.
* Prepare and submit interim payment applications in accordance with project milestones.
* Support tender preparation and procurement processes, guaranteeing compliance with company policies.
