Project Manager Position Overview
A Project Manager is required to oversee water projects throughout the country.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage projects through their lifecycle, from design and procurement to construction and handover.
* Work on Irish Water contracts, focusing on water treatment plants nationwide.
* Develop design drawings, technical reports, and submittals, as well as risk assessments and method statements.
* Plan, schedule, and coordinate site works, including labor and equipment, while overseeing Health & Safety and Quality.
* Conduct site visits at various project stages to ensure high-quality work execution.
* Monitor and control budget expenditure and resolve final accounts.
Requirements:
* Strong Project Management experience is essential, with the ability to work autonomously throughout a project's lifecycle.
* A mechanical or electrical background is mandatory.
* Experience in Process Industries, particularly in Water, Pharmaceuticals, Food & Beverage, is highly advantageous.
* A Building Services background will also be considered.
