We are recruiting a Duty Manager to join our team in the Marqette.The new colleague will work alongside amazing Senior Duty Managers that have colleague growth & training at the heart of what they do.The ideal candidate will:Have at least 1 years previous experience as a manager or similarHave an outgoing and friendly personalityHave excellent customer service skillsBe a born people person and leaderBe proficient in written and spoken EnglishBe able to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and work well under pressureGeneral duties will include, but are not limited to:Training and development of staffManaging the day to day operations of the Food HallAdministration, cash controls and implementation of all HACCP and any other required trainingRoster and stock controlsTo deal with any problems that may arise on a daily basis and report these to the General ManagerTo ensure all staff comply with Company policy and procedures.
