Are you an experienced Program Manager looking to lead complex global initiatives in a dynamic and innovative environment? This role offers the opportunity to drive high-impact programs, engage with key stakeholders, and contribute to the growth of an expanding global business. To be considered for this position you must have B2B experience within the private sector Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage large-scale global programs, ensuring successful execution across multiple projects. - Lead and mentor project managers, promoting best practices and effective issue resolution. - Ensure program governance, tracking, and reporting, maintaining alignment with business objectives. - Serve as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and transparency. - Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular program status reports. - Implement best practices for communication, decision-making, and risk management to ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget. - Support the ongoing development of program management standards and processes within the organization. Essential Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer-facing project/program management, including at least 4 years in a program management role. - A background in a SaaS organisation with B2B experience is essential. - Experience within the Telco or IoT industry is a strong nice-to-have - 2+ years of people management experience, with a strong track record of leadership and team development, and experience working with geographically distributed teams. - Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams. - Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and commercial awareness. - Strong understanding of Agile principles and experience managing projects using Agile frameworks. - High-level presentation skills - Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools. - Formal project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent). - Experience managing third-party vendors and partners.
