HR Business Partner Kilkenny | Onsite Role during probation Permanent Opportunity Were currently partnering with a leading healthcare organisation to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to join a dynamic and collaborative HR team.As a HR Business Partner, youll play a key role in supporting employee relations, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, and people initiatives while helping to foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Partner with managers and leaders to support people-related initiatives and employee engagement Act as a first point of contact for HR queries and provide guidance on policies and employment legislation Support onboarding, probation management, and employee lifecycle processes Coordinate payroll-related updates and employee benefit administration Manage employee relations cases, absence management, and occupational health referrals Support performance management and development processes Ensure HR systems and employee records are maintained accurately and confidentially Assist with audits, compliance requirements, and HR reporting Promote consistency and best practice across HR policies and procedures Support mediation and issue resolution where required Collaborate with wider HR teams on ongoing people initiatives and projects Requirements: 2+ years experience in a HR Business Partner or Generalist role Degree or third-level qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related field CIPD qualification desirable Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to build trusted working relationships across all levels Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Strong IT skills including MS Office applications Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality at all times Experience within healthcare or a regulated environment is advantageous Skills: Employee Relations HR Management Employee Engagement HR policy
