This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast‑paced work, takes initiative, and delivers exceptional support to senior leaders and teams.You'll manage calendars and travel, coordinate meetings, support office operations, and act as a trusted point of contact for colleagues, clients, and visitors.What You'll DoOffice & Administrative SupportServe as the central contact for administrative queries and access to internal services (graphics, production, operations).Coordinate domestic and international travel, preparing detailed itineraries.Support daily office tasks: file management, scanning, mailings, troubleshooting, and logistics.Maintain distribution lists and coordinate regular communications.Provide coverage and support to colleagues when needed.Meeting & Calendar ManagementManage complex calendars across time zones.Schedule internal and client meetings, virtual calls, and conferences.Arrange IT setup, materials, supplies, and catering.Support on‑site activities including new‑hire orientation.Business & Financial SupportWork with consultants and accounting to open projects and manage receivables.Prepare and submit accurate expense reports; reconcile statements.Process invoices, check requests, and timesheets.Maintain accurate database entries and business documentation.Edit, format, and prepare reports, presentations, and other materials.Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism.What You BringDegree or relevant experience in administration/EA roles.Strong MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint; experience with SAP, HCM, or Salesforce is an advantage.Background supporting senior leaders, ideally in a Professional Services environment.Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.Ability to plan detailed international travel.Proactive, independent working style with the flexibility to adapt as needed.Basic project coordination skills are a plus.Core CompetenciesCustomer FocusDrives ResultsCollaborationResilienceManaging ComplexityPlanning & PrioritisationEffective CommunicationSelf‑AwarenessKorn Ferry is an Equal Employment Opportunity EmployerAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age, or veteran status or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
