We are seeking a
Senior Purchasing Manager
to lead procurement for construction projects across Ireland and the UK, the office you will be primarily based in is located in
Dublin 3
. You will oversee sourcing, negotiation, and supply of materials and services, ensuring value, quality, and compliance. Strong commercial judgment and supplier management skills are essential.
In this senior role, you will help shape procurement strategy, improve processes, and support a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will enhance cost efficiency, supplier performance, and overall supply chain reliability.
Qualifications & Experience
* Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Construction, Engineering, or related area
* At least 7 years' construction procurement experience, including 3+ years in a senior role
* Experience managing procurement for major projects in Ireland and/or the UK
* Strong negotiation and contract management skills
* Good knowledge of construction materials and supply chain practices
* Familiarity with Irish and UK construction regulations
* Proficiency with procurement/ERP systems (e.g., COINS)
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
