About Your New Job as Building Inspector
As the Building Inspector, you will oversee mid to large-scale Residential projects.
Conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
Identify and report any construction defects or safety issues, and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare comprehensive reports.
What Skills You Need as Building Inspector
Minimum of 5 years of experience in building inspection or a related field.
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certification or qualification in building inspection/surveying or construction.
