Role Overview
Collaborate with the Global Supplier Operations team to harmonize data sets, tools, and processes across the supply chain. This role plays a key part in driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring seamless alignment with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in onboarding and training internal staff on procurement procedures and best practices
* Ensure supplier relationships adhere to company policies and quality standards
* Work closely with production teams to align material procurement with operational needs
* Represent Supplier operations within audits (customer or regulatory) globally
* Maintain detailed documentation on purchasing workflows, approvals, and compliance requirements
* Assist in streamlining ordering processes to reduce costs and prevent delays
* Support training on ERP systems or procurement tools used within the company
* Conduct process audits to ensure alignment with procurement strategies and industry regulations
* Provide feedback on purchasing procedures to enhance overall efficiency
Requirements / Qualifications
* Minimum bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Business/STEM or equivalent
* APICS certification including CPIM, CFPIM, or the CSCP is preferred
* Developed understanding of supply chain – 3+ years experience
* Understanding of ERP/MRP (Microsoft AX2012, InforLN) and supporting systems (Agile, DMS) for Supply Chain & Planning functions
* Essential – SQL / Tableau / Power BI understanding
* Good communication skills for supplier interactions and internal coordination
* Demonstrated analytical, verbal, and attention to detail
