Lead Residential Service Manager
The Lead Residential Service Manager is a senior leadership position responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of person-centred services to adults and children in a designated centre. Key duties include providing strong leadership, supervision, and support to care teams, ensuring compliance with legislation and HIQA requirements.
* Providing direction and guidance to Nursing and Support staff to achieve high-quality service delivery.
* Leading the development and implementation of nursing standards and guidelines.
* Establishing relationships based on respect, equality, and empathy.
