Job Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to current food safety regulations, operating and maintaining equipment as per manufacturer instructions and health and safety guidelines, and providing high-quality catering services to meet staff needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook food in accordance with current food safety regulations.
* Operate, maintain and service equipment as per manufacturer instructions and health and safety requirements.
* Ensure all staff receive a high standard of catering to meet their needs.
The ideal candidate will have up-to-date HACCP Level 2 qualifications, manual handling qualifications, and valid work permits to work full-time in Ireland without restrictions. They must also comply with our vetting process and provide references from previous roles.
