About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our team in Limerick city.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience working in a busy legal environment and possess strong organisational and time management skills.
Responsibilities include managing the filing system, preparing documents, and performing general office duties.

This is a permanent position on-site, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, with a salary range expected to be in the €40K per annum range plus benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the filing system for solicitors, including indexing material, identifying new files, and scanning efficient retrieval of files on a day-to-day basis
* Prepare and type various documents, correspondence, and legal submissions
* Work efficiently using own initiative, take responsibility without direction, and use discretion at times
* Perform general office duties as required, always using your own initiative and prioritising tasks accordingly and ensuring confidentiality
