You'll be working in a fast-paced environment handling daily fund activity and ensuring a seamless investor experience across trade processing, reconciliations, and client query resolution.There is availability for both 9m and 6m FTCs with benefits, but this is a growing team and company with ample opportunity for extension and more - context can be provided.Knowledge of a European language, in addition to fluency in English, would be helpful but is not essential.What you'll do:Act as a key point of contact for investor and client queries, particularly around fund trade activity, contract notes, statements, cash movements, and reconciliations.Monitor and resolve exceptions or breaks related to trade processing.Liaise with global stakeholders including custodians, fund accounting, and client teams to investigate and close out queries.Ensure investor records and documentation are maintained in accordance with regulatory standards.Drive efficiencies within the team and support process improvement initiatives.Escalate issues where appropriate and contribute to a high-quality investor experience.What you'll bring:2–6+ years' experience in investor services, transfer agency, middle office or client services within fund administration or asset management.Strong knowledge of mutual funds, ideally including daily-dealing and money market funds.Proven experience with trade support and a solid understanding of deadlines and cut-offs in a high-volume environment.Excellent communication and client relationship skills.A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and a commitment to resolving queries swiftly and accurately.Experience working with investor documentation and reconciliations would be a distinct advantage.Why apply?Join a new and growing team with excellent future prospectsExposure to high-profile clients and daily-dealing fundsGain experience in a dynamic, deadline-driven environmentWork with a collaborative, professional, and supportive teamHybrid working arrangements availableCompetitive salary and benefits offered during the initial contract termReady to step into a key role in a growing investor services team?Apply now to learn more or reach out in confidence for a conversation.
