Rascor Ireland Ltd is part of the RASCOR Group, an international corporate group specialising in the development, manufacture and installation of structural waterproofing systems. With our International head office and engineering department based in Zurich, we operate the UK and Ireland business from our offices in Gorey Co. Wexford and Selhurst Road, London. Operating in the construction industry we are a trusted specialist subcontractor to most of the largest building contractors in the UK & Ireland. We are currently working on a number of high-profile commercial developments across both locations.
The Role
RASCOR is expanding and we're looking for Quantity Surveyors at all levels — from recent graduates to experienced professionals. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative team, contribute to exciting construction projects, and develop your commercial expertise.
You'll be involved in the full commercial lifecycle — from tendering and procurement to cost control, valuations, and final accounts — helping to ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist or lead on pre- and post-contract commercial management across projects.
* Prepare, submit, and agree interim applications and final accounts.
* Manage our payments, and variations.
* Maintain cost reports, cashflow forecasts, and risk/opportunity registers.
* Support tenders, take-offs, and pricing.
* Liaise closely with project managers, site teams, clients, and suppliers.
* Ensure compliance with contracts, specifications, and health & safety requirements.
What You'll Bring
We're open to candidates at different stages of their QS career. The scope of responsibility will align with your experience.
For all candidates:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or equivalent experience.
* Working knowledge of standard forms of contract
* Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and measurement software.
Early-career (0–2 years):
* Internship or placement experience beneficial but not essential.
* Eager to learn and develop core QS skills under guidance.
Mid-level (2–5 years):
* Capable of independently running work packages.
* Confident in monthly reporting.
Senior (5+ years):
* Proven track record on complex or large-scale projects.
* Strong contractual awareness and leadership ability.
* Able to mentor junior staff and manage client relationships.
