We are seeking a skilled Receptionist / Administrator to join our Financial Services team in Dublin 18.
Key Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to work with our team on a 6 month contract.
Main Responsibilities:
* Greet clients and visitors, answer and distribute telephone calls, and take clear notes and messages.
* Schedule and prepare Meeting Rooms for appointments, maintaining a well-organized environment.
* Attend to incoming and outgoing post and courier items, ensuring prompt and efficient handling.
* Manage Reception and Meeting Room areas, maintaining equipment and stationery supplies.
* Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned.
Additional Tasks:
* Provide administration support where required, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
* Manage stock and stationery, maintaining optimal levels to meet business needs.
* Oversee Meeting Rooms and Reception areas, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
* Assist with facilities functions and maintenance schedules, ensuring a smooth working environment.
* Review and sign off invoices for office supplies, couriers, and other essential services.
* Manage Access Control systems, including issuing fobs to employees and contractors.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a keen eye for detail. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Candidates should have previous experience in Reception and Administration roles, with a proven track record of success.
We offer a competitive rate of €22ph for approximately 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday. This is a fully on-site role, requiring travel and parking arrangements to be made by the successful candidate.
