Gi Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client, a well-established commercial organisation based in Mullingar.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join a busy sales and support team in a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities Handle incoming sales enquiries and ensure timely and professional follow-up Accurately enter customer details into the customer registration system with a high level of attention to detail Maintain and update customer and contract files Provide high-level back-office support to customers Support internal Key Account Management activities as required Deliver all assigned sales targets and KPIs Qualify incoming leads and referrals Conduct cold calling and outbound sales activity Achieve productivity targets and ensure key performance indicators are consistently met Undertake specific tasks and projects as directed by the Sales Manager Candidate Requirements Proficient in both verbal and written English, with additional language skills in Spanish highly desirable Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, customer service, telesales, and/or account management Previous experience in telemarketing and outbound calling is desirable Excellent telephone manner with strong organisational skills Confident, self-motivated, competitive, and assertive approach to sales Friendly, professional, and customer-focused communication style Strong computer literacy with the ability to update customer data accurately while speaking with customers Skills B2B Sales Sales & Lead Qualification Customer Service & Account Management Multilingual communication (English essential; German/Spanish an advantage) Benefits Group Life Assurance On-site Parking KSGalway Should you require any support or assistance, please contact your local Gi Group office.
