We are currently recruiting a reliable and experienced Catering Supervisor to support the daily operations of a busy catering unit in Limerick.
This role is well suited to someone who is confident leading teams, overseeing service, and taking responsibility for operational tasks such as till management and cash handling.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and guide catering staff to deliver efficient, high-quality service Manage opening and closing duties, including till operation and end-of-day cashing up Handle customer transactions and oversee correct use of POS systems Ensure excellent standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness are consistently maintained Act as the main point of contact on-site during shifts, including lone working when required Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and company procedures Requirements Supervisory experience within a catering or food-service setting preferred Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills Demonstrated experience in cash handling, till operation, and reconciliation Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during lone-working shifts Professional, customer-focused approach Reliable, punctual, and well-presented HACCP and Manual Handling certification required (training can be facilitated if needed) Benefits of Working with Excel Recruitment Monday to Friday working hours Weekly pay Holiday pay accrual Ongoing opportunities across catering contracts in the Limerick region This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced catering professional seeking a supervisory role.
