Role ResponsibilitiesProvide remote advisory support to patients on the use of the client’s product within the Sleep Apnoea and Bilevel Ventilation area.Manage patient problems and calls; provide solutions to patient queries.Provide support to the Clinical Sales team and maintain patient records.Liaise with physicians and nursing personnel where appropriate.Follow up with patients and ensure compliance with therapy.Collaborate with patient clinics within the company as required.
Qualifications and ExperienceRegistered nurse with An Bord Altranais (current registration).Good self-organisation and administrative skills; patient-focused with strong communication abilities.Computer literate; nurses with varying levels of experience can apply.Fluency in English is required.Respiratory background is beneficial but not required.
