What You’ll Do:Lead a passionate team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.Build trusting relationships with people living with dementia and their families.Bring energy, empathy, and excellence to every part of the service.Champion best practices in care, while overseeing the day to day running of the centre.Be a voice, a guide, and an advocate for people who need it most. What You’ll Bring:Experience caring for people with dementia.Leadership skills.Warmth, resilience, and a natural ability to inspire those around you.A qualification in Nursing and NMBI registration is desirable but not essential.
