The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly organised, confident and conscientious individual to join our friendly dynamic team.
Ideally, you will have 5 years' experience in a senior administrator role and will possess clear and direct communication skills.
We need an administrator who takes responsibility and uses their initiative to manage tasks independently.
This position offers great opportunities for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Accounts Payable, Receivable, Invoicing using Xero
Bank reconciliation
Coordinate meetings
Credit control duties including client contact
New client and suppliers setup
Compile timesheets for payroll
Diary management - MS Outlook
Customer enquiries
Administrative support to the Senior Management Team
Office management i.e. reception duties, phone, in-coming and out-going post and couriers
Assist with projects, where required
Create and update spreadsheets
Person Specification
Ability to work independently completing tasks and responsibilities in a timely manner without supervision
Self-motivated, confident, adaptable, ability to work as part of our team
Clear and concise communication skills, written and verbal
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong numeracy skills
Minimum 5 years' office experience
Previous experience of document management systems will be an advantage.
Exceptional PC skills and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft suite essential
Detail-oriented with the desire to achieve excellence through own initiative
Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines
Not essential but highly desirable
Previous experience in construction, or related industry
An understanding of contracts and invoicing
