HR Executive Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative duties of the Human Resources department, ensuring effective communication and people management to improve the working environment. The ideal candidate will have a qualification in Human Resources Management and minimum 3 years' previous experience in a similar role.
Main Duties:
* Oversee the day-to-day administrative duties of the Human Resources department
* Encourage a culture of employee engagement through effective communication
* Implement ad hoc initiatives aimed at improving the working environment
* Ensure timely responses to employee queries
* Advise, assist, and support Heads of Department in managing their teams
* Manage and monitor the recruitment process
* Ensure compliance with statutory training requirements
* Coordinate training as required
* Assist in the disciplinary process
* Submit weekly payroll submissions
* Implement and deliver group-wide HR projects
Requirements:
* Qualification in Human Resources Management
* Minimum 3 years' previous experience in a similar role
* Good knowledge of Irish employment law and best practice
* Excellent leadership and conflict management skills
* Organisation and ability to manage multiple projects
