A dynamic and experienced retail team lead is required to take on a key role in our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of staff, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service, and driving sales growth through effective planning and execution.
1. • To manage store teams effectively, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure exceptional customer experience and high levels of productivity.
2. • Develop, implement, and monitor business plans that meet company objectives
3. • Build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels within our organization
4. • Ensure compliance with health & safety policies & procedures,
labor laws etc.
