Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as Vice President, Private Debt Fund Accounting. This role will be responsible for managing a team within the Private Debt Fund Accounting department and working closely with senior leadership and other departments to provide support to global investment activities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, economics, or accounting, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. They should possess excellent leadership skills, be able to multi-task and manage priorities against key deadlines, and have a proven ability to work with stakeholders across various departments within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a team within the Private Debt Fund Accounting department
* Work closely with senior leadership and other departments to provide support to global investment activities
* Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
* Oversee the Fund Accounting processes and ensure sufficient control procedures
* Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
* Provide guidance and support to direct reports
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or accounting
* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
* Excellent leadership skills
* Proven ability to work with stakeholders across various departments within the organization
