This is a senior role on our Client Success team. The role will principally deliver insights and actionable recommendations around advertisers' media activity, and a wide range of ad hoc and ongoing consultancy projects.
The Senior Consultant will bring expertise and insight to our clients, and be able to organise and present data to tell compelling stories.
The Senior Consultant may also be part of a team running a set of clients and acquiring new clients.
The Senior Consultant may also have pastoral and developmental responsibilities for more junior members of the team.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery of high-quality insights
- Deliver best-in-class, value-add advice to your clients across a variety of media channels. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Confidently present to clients.
- Craft the narrative for the client presentation, using data to provide storytelling.
- Provide answers to the "So what?" and "Why?" questions that clients may ask.
- Become a superuser of internal reporting platforms to lead the delivery and presentation of high-quality storytelling.
- Help to deliver a range of additional consultative work and local specific solutions to clients (e.g., client training; pre-flight campaign support; media agency pitch management).
- Stay updated regarding the competitive marketplace of the client and the media industry overall.
Growing the business
- Provide client account management support, assisting client leads in commercial decisions, contract renewals, and client business planning.
- Acquire and maintain a full understanding of Ebiquity's product and solutions suite.
- Support in responding to RFPs, writing proposals and pitches where required.
- Project manage client deliverables to time and budget.
Communication and collaboration
- Be integral to a positive cultural environment and strong collaboration within the Client Success team.
- Collaborate internally to develop new services and solutions to client needs.
- Interact with clients and their agencies daily. Support Activation in accessing data, briefing out work, and managing project status.
- Support junior team members through coaching and mentoring.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
You are an expert media practitioner with approximately 4-6 years of relevant experience and working knowledge in all media. You bring:
- Strong knowledge of the local media market.
- A good track record of client delivery and meeting client expectations.
- Ability to have difficult conversations with agencies.
- Agility and flexibility to keep stakeholders informed of account activities.
- Ability to navigate internal politics and ways of working within client organizations.
