Catalyst Media is hiring a commercially ambitious Revenue & Partnerships Lead to own and scale all exhibition and sponsorship revenue for the European Motor Show.
The inaugural show at the RDS Dublin welcomed 10,000+ attendees, 35+ exhibitors and 26 speakers, delivering a 290M+ total marketing reach. From motorsport legends and supercar catwalks to innovation hubs and family experiences, EMS has already established itself as a serious new player on the European events calendar. Now we scale for 2027 and revenue growth is the priority.
The Role
This is a commercially accountable revenue leadership position.
You will:
Own the full exhibition and sponsorship revenue target for EMS 2027
Design and execute the commercial sales strategy
Secure headline partners and premium activation deals
Build senior level relationships across automotive, insurance, mobility, EV, energy and lifestyle sectors
Develop and convert a strong outbound pipeline
Collaborate with marketing and production to shape compelling, data led commercial packages
Forecast, report and consistently exceed revenue targets
About You
5+ years experience in exhibition, sponsorship, media or commercial sales
Proven track record of exceeding significant revenue targets
Strategic thinker who can build a sales plan, not just follow one
Strong closer confident with senior decision makers
Comfortable operating autonomously and accountable for results
CRM fluent, HubSpot an advantage
Energised by building and scaling something with real growth potential
