The Role:
We are looking for a focused and diligent Steri Nurse to become an essential part of our clinical team at Truly Dental Moate. As a Steri Nurse, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of infection control and sterilisation within the practice. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a passion for high standards, and a commitment to supporting a smooth and efficient clinical environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Management of all instrument sterilisation and decontamination procedures
* Ensuring compliance with cross-infection and hygiene protocols across all clinical areas
* Supporting the clinical team with the preparation and sterilisation of dental instruments
* Maintaining steri-room cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards
* Stock control and organising supplies for surgeries
* Assisting in occasional chairside duties as required
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting preferred but not essential - full training will be provided
* A proactive team player with great communication and organisational skills
* Someone who takes pride in delivering a clean, efficient, and well-organised clinical environment
* A warm, calm, and friendly personality
