Job Overview
The Neale, Ballinrobe, Co. Mayo, F31 ET35 is looking for 2 experienced restaurant managers. Minimum 5 years of experience in this role and a third level education in Hospitality Management is required. Salary is €34,000/annum on 39 hours/week.
Responsibilities
* Sound knowledge of all aspects of restaurant management including rostering, purchasing and reservations.
* Responsible for purchasing, costing of foods, beverages and wages.
* Provide excellent leadership and communication skills.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a restaurant manager.
* Third level education in Hospitality Management.
