Job Title
A senior structural engineering leader is needed to spearhead a multidisciplinary team in the delivery of high-profile civil engineering projects.
* Oversee and direct the preparation of detailed structural designs, calculations, drawings, and technical reports.
* Mentor engineers and designers to improve their skills and ensure high-quality work.
* Collaborate with architects, MEP teams, and BIM experts to streamline project workflows.
* Effectively manage project timelines, resources, and priorities to meet deadlines.
* Represent the team in client meetings, progress reviews, and technical discussions.
Key Qualifications
* Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Bachelors or Masters).
* No less than 7-10 years experience in leading structural design teams within consultancy environments.
* Excellent working knowledge of industry-standard software such as Robot, STAAD.Pro, QSE, or similar structural analysis tools.
* Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
