Sales Manager, Growth and Development
We are seeking a sales professional to drive growth and expansion within our industry community.
About the Role:
* Originate, advance, and close sales opportunities within set accounts and regions.
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including leadership and delivery heads.
* Closing Sales: Win new deals in customer accounts per pre-agreed targets.
* Developing and Executing a Growth Plan: Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve them.
* Maintaining Forecast Consistency: Ensure forecast accuracy for assigned accounts.
* Pipeline Management: Develop opportunity pipeline, qualify high-priority deals, and win new business in line with agreed targets.
* Demand Generation: Identify prospects, create marketing plans, and engage new clients in conversation.
* Proposal and Pricing Development: Understand customer needs and translate them into winning proposals.
Requirements:
* Results-driven sales executive with experience in driving sales and pipeline growth.
* Strong relationship-building skills with ability to build trust with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
