Our client, a global Alternative Asset Manager, are currently looking to hire a Senior Associate to join their fund oversight team as they go through a period of continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the fund accounting and NAV oversight function.
Manage the relationship with associated third parties, including the appointment fund administrator.
Handle limited partnership equity evaluations and performance fee calculations.
Fund reporting, financial statements, performance returns, and audit coordination.
Management associated projects and operational enhancements.
Manage and coordinate the annual audit process
Key Requirements:
6 years+ experience within Fund/Investment Control, Fund Accounting or Middle Office, specifically for alternative funds.
2+ years as a Supervisor or Manager.
Experience working within Fund Administration or Investment Management is essential.
Exposure to Private Markets funds is essential.
Experience and understanding of the oversight function including previous experience managing outsource service providers and fund administrators.
