Our client is a well-established and busy professional services practice based in Killarney, County Kerry are presently recruiting for an Audit Accountant.
The practice offers audit, accounting, taxation, and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of SME, owner-managed, and corporate clients across a range of sectors.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing audit assignments while working closely with partners, managers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities Planning, executing, and completing statutory audits in accordance with Irish Auditing Standards Preparing audit files, working papers, and reports to a high professional standard Liaising directly with clients to obtain audit information and resolve queries efficiently Identifying audit issues and providing practical recommendations to clients Assisting with the preparation and review of financial statements Supporting and mentoring junior team members, where appropriate Ensuring compliance with ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures Meeting deadlines and managing multiple assignments in a fast-paced practice environment Requirements Qualified Accountant with ACA / ACCA (or equivalent).
2+years audit experience within an accountancy practice in Ireland or the UK is essential Strong technical knowledge of audit and financial reporting standards Experience with SME and owner-managed business audits This is a permanent, full-time position.
Salary in the region of €50 - €60,000 is offered.
