first senior hire in Europe
to lead
Business Development and Strategic Operations
across the EMEA region.
This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor and play a pivotal role in
establishing and scaling the European business
. You'll sit at the centre of strategy, commercial growth, and operational execution - owning regional performance, client engagement models, delivery oversight, and team leadership, while working closely with global leadership.
This role will suit someone who has:
* Led BD and operations within consulting or professional services environments
* Built or scaled regional functions from an early stage
* Strong experience across proposals, SOWs, pricing, and delivery models
* Commercial ownership of revenue, forecasting, and margins
* Confidence engaging with senior executives and leading cross-functional teams
Location:
Ireland (hybrid, with EMEA travel)
